Cloud Marketplace Development Manager - Elastic

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Marketplace Sales Specialist to join our Partner Sales organization and accelerate our cloud marketplace business across the APJ region. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and value-based sales expertise to solve complex data problems using the Elastic Search AI Platform.

As a Marketplace Sales Specialist, you will drive co-sell activities with global cloud partners, collaborating closely with Elastic Cloud Partner Managers and field teams to drive influenced cloud marketplace revenue.

What You Will Be Doing

• Revenue Growth: Accelerate and grow cloud marketplace bookings with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Opportunity Management: Identify new and expansion opportunities by utilizing ISV co-sell benefits and aligning sales teams for mutual success.
• Strategy & Reporting: Work with sales leadership to develop, track, and report on account and opportunity progress.
• Enablement: Facilitate field enablement regarding the benefits of co-sell programs with hyperscalers.
• Initiatives: Build and drive critical initiatives to scale marketplace opportunities within the ecosystem.
• Prioritization: Develop a coverage plan based on sales and product team inputs.

What You Bring

• Proven experience selling ISV solutions on marketplaces and leveraging ISV program benefits.
• Expertise with marketplace private offers and hyperscaler funding programs (e.g., Proof of Concept or Migration funding).
• Demonstrated success in growing cloud revenue through co-sell motions.
• Ability to prioritize across a wide territory and manage diverse stakeholders.
• An "AI mentality" regarding new technologies and deal structuring.
• Understanding of analytics, search, or big data markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
