The Role

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end—from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development.

What You Will Be Doing

• Market Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify acquisition targets and evaluate industry trends.
• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts; analyze historical performance to guide decision-making.
• M&A Execution: Lead the entire M&A process, including sourcing, negotiation, and closing. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies.
• Integration: Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders to ensure deal value is captured.
• Reporting: Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company.
• Proven track record of executing M&A transactions.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
