About the Role

The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. You will build and execute a comprehensive strategy—spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers, and emerging platforms—that drives meaningful distribution and growth.

What You'll Do

• Strategy: Map the technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and developer products to identify where Render has the strongest right to win.
• Execution: Own the partnerships portfolio, setting clear milestones, success metrics, and driving deals from evaluation through negotiation and launch.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Product, DevRel, and Marketing to secure roadmap commitments and execute co-marketing initiatives.
• Marketplace Development: Scope and lead the strategy for building a Render Marketplace.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, driving business reviews and expansion.
• Team Building: Scale and lead a team of partner managers.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10+ years of experience in strategic/technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles in hypergrowth tech companies.
• Highly technical background (former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience) is strongly preferred, particularly within AI.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-impact partnerships across cloud or developer platform ecosystems.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
• Strong cross-functional operating skills (Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance).
