Enterprise Account Executive - Elastic

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise accounts. You will move beyond simple transactions to solve complex data challenges using Elastic’s Search AI platform, which encompasses search, observability, and security solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive Adoption: Fuel the adoption of AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions within new and existing Enterprise accounts.
• Trusted Advisor: Help customers transform data into actionable insights.
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems.
• Sales Execution: Manage complex sales cycles using frameworks like MEDDPICC to identify pain, business impact, and decision criteria.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Domain Expertise: Speak fluently about cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures.

What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: Success in SaaS subscription sales within Enterprise accounts, evidenced by overachievement.
• Value Storytelling: Ability to link technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes (revenue gain, risk mitigation).
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization.
• Negotiation Skills: Experience leading high-stakes contract and pricing discussions.
• AI Mindset: Ability to leverage new technologies for performance advantage and deal structuring.
• Open-Source Appreciation: Enthusiasm for the open-source model and community-driven development.
