About the Role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Federal Account Executive to drive growth within the United Nations (UN), World Bank, and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). You will empower these organizations by leveraging AI-powered search technology and analytics to unlock the full potential of their data.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive Adoption: Expand Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new and existing Federal Civilian accounts.
• Trusted Advisor: Assist customers in transforming data into actionable insights using Elastic's search analytics.
• Champion Open Source: Articulate the value of Elastic's commercial features and open-source offerings.
• Strategic Growth: Identify new use cases and develop comprehensive business plans to drive territory growth.
• Sales Execution: Navigate complex sales cycles and maintain accurate forecasting using SFDC.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales with consistent quota overachievement.
• Demonstrated experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies, specifically the UN, World Bank, or NARA.
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions.
• Ability to build credibility with both technical developers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong alignment with the Open Source model and community.
