Inside Account Executive MENA - Arabic and French speaker

About the Role

Elastic is looking for a high-energy Inside Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within the MENA territory. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

What You Will Be Doing

• Territory Management: Develop and implement a proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social) to build a robust pipeline.
• Discovery & Qualification: Uncover pain points, business impact, and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Value Storytelling: Deliver tailored narratives and live demos that map Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Deal Strategy: Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Negotiation: Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions, defending value and landing multi-year consumption commitments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of SaaS quota-carrying experience, specifically in consumption or usage-based models.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks.
• Strong presentation skills with a track record of tying product capabilities to financial outcomes.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
• A collaborative, coachable mindset with a passion for open-source communities.

Bonus Points

• Experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR).
