Partner Solutions Architect - Public Sector

About the Role

Elastic is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to multiply our technical reach within the US Public Sector. You will build technical capability across a focused group of partners (SIs, resellers, MSSPs, cloud providers) to enable them to source pipeline, win deals, and deliver Elastic solutions independently.

Key Pillars

• Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Generate approved deal registrations and run partner-tailored sales playbooks.
• Multiply Technical Capacity: Own technical relationships, build engagement plans, and lead hands-on workshops.
• Co-innovate Repeatable Solutions: Architect blueprints, build reusable demos, and co-publish technical content.

What You Will Be Doing

• Growth: Qualify deal shapes, support technical scoping, and help partners attach services to lift deal sizes.
• Enablement: Lead certification roadmaps and hands-on labs to move partners up the technical maturity model.
• Content Creation: Author white papers, blogs, and sales collateral; build reusable demos and battlecards.
• Strategy: Stay current on competitive dynamics and position Elastic effectively against competing vendors.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, or architecture.
• 1+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, specifically within US Public Sector ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) or observability.
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong commercial fluency and ability to lead through influence.
• Requirement: Must be located in the Washington DC Metro area and able to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

• OTE Range: $106,700 – $168,700 (70/30 base/variable split).
• Equity: Eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
