You will bridge the gap between complex customer needs and product development, ensuring that high-impact enhancement requests are prioritized, tracked, and translated into coherent product direction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Pipeline Management: Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic accounts, building structured systems to track and prioritize requirements.
- Strategic Synthesis: Translate customer pain points into shipped products, identifying patterns across accounts to inform broader product roadmaps.
- Executive Engagement: Serve as the primary product voice for CISO, CTO, and VP-level stakeholders, managing roadmap expectations and difficult conversations with transparency.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive feasibility, scope, and delivery of security solutions.
- Technical Advocacy: Write actionable requirements and leverage deep security domain knowledge (SIEM, SOAR, XDR) to guide engineering teams.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Utilize AI tooling to synthesize documentation and manage high-volume customer context efficiently.
What You Bring
- Experience: 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
- Security Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or security operations. Practitioner experience (SOC analyst, detection engineer) is a significant plus.
- Executive Presence: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders and maintain relationships through roadmap shifts.
- Structured Thinking: Proven ability to manage unstructured problems and prioritize using frameworks like RICE.
- Technical Credibility: Ability to assess system architecture and write clear, actionable specs for engineering teams.
