The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Regional Vice President to manage the UKI Mid-Market Sector. You will shape our strategy, drive new logo acquisition, and build a high-performance environment. You will lead 1st & 2nd line leadership across the sector, establishing a scalable, repeatable sales motion. This role reports to the Area Vice President for UKIII.

What You Will Be Doing

• Team Leadership: Manage and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives in the UKI.
• Strategy: Build and execute a winning sales strategy tailored to the UKI Mid-Market.
• Culture: Foster a culture of energy, growth mindset, and high performance.
• Execution: Lead from the front by engaging in strategic deals, coaching your team, and setting the standard for excellence.
• Operations: Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams.
• Performance: Ensure quota attainment and drive Elastic’s sales methodology.
• Travel: Travel regularly to assist in deal creation, closure, and team support.
