The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Manager to support significant growth at our global, publicly traded software company. Based in India, you will report directly to the Senior Revenue Manager and serve as a critical member of our cross-functional finance team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Revenue Recognition: Assist with contract reviews under ASC 606 guidance and determine appropriate recognition for signed contracts.
• Cross-Functional Support: Resolve SFDC cases for Sales, Order Ops, CBO, FP&A, and Platform Billing teams.
• Documentation: Draft and review revenue memos.
• Close Process: Contribute to the revenue close process with a focus on cloud revenue accounting.
• System Improvement: Lead and review UAT testing to drive process and system enhancements.
• Analysis: Perform revenue reconciliations and manage complex, large datasets.
• Audit Management: Coordinate and manage audit requests and auditor inquiries.
• Training: Develop and deliver internal training to enhance organizational revenue knowledge.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve controls and minimize risk.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in revenue accounting, including software and SaaS principles.
• Proficiency in ASC 606.
• Experience with RevPro, NetSuite, and Salesforce (preferred).
• Experience with Google Workspace (BigQuery, Gemini, Sheets) and BI tools like Sigma.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify and summarize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Big 4 or publicly traded technology company experience is highly preferred.
