About the Role

Elastic is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Barcelona. You will play a key role in driving growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities for our sales pipeline.

What You Will Do

• Partner for Success: Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and execute strategic campaigns.
• Create Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects via a multi-channel approach to qualify opportunities.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and AI-powered platforms to research and personalize outreach.
• Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Elastic Search AI platform and the industries we serve.
• Continuous Growth: Embrace coaching and feedback to build a successful long-term career in sales.
