Senior Customer Architect - West

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Architect, you will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor, working alongside customers and internal teams (Field and Services) to ensure Elastic solutions exceed expectations. You will drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and expansion by defining technical success criteria and crafting tailored Technical Success Plans.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive Value & Adoption: Ensure customers derive significant value from Elastic solutions, eliminating technical friction to propel uptake and growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Strategic Planning: Define and execute technical success plans that align Elastic’s capabilities with specific customer business goals.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a hands-on technical authority, collaborating with Service Teams to deliver personalized, frictionless solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to provide ongoing technical coverage and identify expansion opportunities.
• Customer Journey Management: Oversee the technical journey from onboarding to sustained usage, acting as a liaison between the customer and support teams.
• Proactive Optimization: Continuously assess consumption patterns to suggest upgrades and enhancements that increase value.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or related technologies (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search).
• Strong ability to align technical objectives with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
