Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Observability team, focusing on logs and log analytics. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end lifecycle of log collection, ingestion, and management, ensuring our customers receive a world-class full-stack observability experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategy & Evolution: Evolve log analytics capabilities in alignment with company strategy.
• Lifecycle Management: Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Feature Development: Build features for modern SREs, including GenAI/Agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and cross-telemetry correlation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, UX, and Design to deliver high-quality monitoring experiences.
• Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• User Insights: Track engagement and feedback to drive product evolution.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
• Technical expertise in log analytics and observability/performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed environment (desired).
• Knowledge of AI (desired).
