Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

About the Role

Elastic is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead critical areas within self-service cloud growth. You will empower self-service customers and trial users to be successful, with a specific focus on human user and agent onboarding to drive the growth of Elastic Cloud.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding, trial experience, feature adoption, churn analysis, and email nurturing.
• Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to align on onboarding flows.
• Customer Insights: Interface directly with users to gather feedback and drive technical decisions regarding activation, expansion, and retention.
• Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
• Integrations: Drive native integrations with 3rd-party developer platforms.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background in Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Demonstrated experience shipping self-service cloud trials.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in product adoption analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working within globally distributed, asynchronous teams.

Bonus Points

• Direct experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies.
• Background in product marketing.
• Experience with cloud service provider marketplaces.
