Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of Elastic XDR. You will own a core area of the XDR roadmap, translating complex security challenges into actionable product requirements. You will work closely with Engineering and the Elastic Security Labs research team to build solutions that help defenders detect, correlate, and respond to threats across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Roadmap Ownership: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of XDR capabilities, including detection, correlation, and incident response.
• Telemetry Expansion: Maintain and expand integrations with first-party Elastic data and third-party EDR, cloud, and network sources.
• Exposure Management: Contribute to vulnerability management workflows, prioritizing based on exploitability and reachability.
• Technical Requirements: Write clear, actionable requirements for engineering and translate threat research into product features.
• Customer Advocacy: Represent the product in conversations with security stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
• Deployment Flexibility: Ensure features function seamlessly across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
• Strategic Analysis: Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and GTM strategies.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, with at least 3 years in product development.
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or incident response (SOC analyst or detection engineering background is a plus).
• Technical Credibility: Ability to judge architectural feasibility and scope.
• Communication: Excellent narrative-building skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to drive execution in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.
• Education: BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.
