The Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and the regional Elastic community. You will solve complex business issues using the Elastic Stack and play a meaningful role in our company's growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial discovery to the technical win.
• Strategic Advisory: Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic’s offerings address their specific needs.
• Relationship Building: Create and own value-based relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
• Sales Enablement: Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products and support partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Community Engagement: Participate in meetups and conferences to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs and product gaps to our engineering and leadership teams.
• Continuous Learning: Deepen your technical and sales skills through self-driven education and professional development.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Expertise in at least one of the following: AI enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity (security solutions experience is a strong advantage).
• Experience working with large or mid-size organizations.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Strong influence and communication skills; ability to inspire groups of all sizes.
• A curious, continuous learner mindset.
• Fluent in English (business or native level).
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
