The Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and the regional community. You will solve complex business issues using the Elastic Stack and play a meaningful role in our company's growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for accounts in your assigned territory.
• Strategic Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their specific needs.
• Sales Enablement: Advise the sales team on positioning, support technical wins, and assist in onboarding and educating partners.
• Community Building: Engage the regional Elastic community through events, meetups, and conferences.
• Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs, gaps, and enhancement requests to our engineering and leadership teams.
• Continuous Growth: Deepen your technical and sales skills through self-driven education and professional development.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in a technical presales role within the Enterprise sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire groups of all sizes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
