Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, oversee onboarding, monitor performance, and expand our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.).
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment.
• Doer mindset: ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-moving environment.
• Humility: willingness to learn and open to feedback.
• Adaptability: comfortable reprioritizing overnight when the landscape shifts.
• Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers, etc.
• Experience facing strong challenges (affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.).
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques.
