The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance and expanding the program.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently supported and informed.
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
Monitor affiliate performance, generating detailed reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze affiliate results to identify optimization opportunities and scale campaigns.
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to grow the network.
Troubleshoot affiliate-related technical and tracking issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates.
Continuously refine and improve communication and partner management processes.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing networks and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid social, etc.).
Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other analytics/reporting platforms.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for data modeling and reporting.
Proven ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Goal-oriented with strong ownership and execution drive.
Adaptable to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
Comfortable working with and advertising products based on uncensored AI models and NSFW content.

Bonus Points

Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems (server-to-server postback setups, ad servers, etc.).
Proven experience handling disputes, fraud, tracking errors, or volume drops.
Background scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise scale.
Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
Experience in subscription-based business models.
Familiarity with affiliate fraud prevention techniques.
