Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, you will manage, maintain, and scale our affiliate network, driving growth and optimizing campaigns across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, providing consistent support and clear communication.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates for seamless integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating and analyzing reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and uncover scaling opportunities.
• Research, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and business partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates.
• Continuously review and improve affiliate management processes and communication.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.).
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaborative skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented mindset with high ownership and commitment.
• A "doer" mindset capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Humility, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Adaptability to reprioritize quickly as the landscape shifts.
• Comfort with advertising products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems (postback S2S setup, ad servers, etc.).
• Experience managing affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, or volume drops.
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience with subscription-based business models and fraud prevention techniques.
