Your Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute fast, iterate with creative and funnel inputs, and scale what works. You’ll inherit high-performing campaigns and work directly with our CMO to double down on growth, with the opportunity to test and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, ASA).

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership & Scaling: Take the lead on paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google), build scalable funnels, and run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor daily performance using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards to drive decisions through CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: Own the creative briefing process, collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages, and reduce creative fatigue.
• Partnership Management: Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, and explore new acquisition networks and formats.
• Automation & Systems: Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation, SOPs, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition with a proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms; analytical fluency in GA4, Voluum, and tracking setups.
• Core Competencies: Strong creative instincts for writing briefs and analyzing hooks; experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Mindset: Goal-oriented, doer mindset with obsessive focus on speed, performance, and iteration. Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.
