Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who does more than just wait on specs, designs, and handoffs. In this role, you will steer a developer squad end-to-end: investigating opportunities, analyzing user behavior, prototyping solutions with AI, contributing code, launching experiments, and improving what reaches production.

You will work directly with our Product Lead and Co-founder & CTO on a product utilized by over 50 million people. If your first instinct is to test an idea by making it real, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Understand problems, choose approaches, build solutions using AI-assisted coding and internal tools, launch, measure, and iterate with minimal handoffs.
• Build with AI Every Day: Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Fast Experimentation: Identify high-impact opportunities and design lightweight experiments to test assumptions rapidly.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics prior to building, analyze live experiment outcomes, and use findings to decide next steps.
• Squad Collaboration: Partner directly with leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers in an embedded software engineering squad.
• Maintain Momentum: Surface blockers proactively, challenge assumptions directly, and navigate around obstacles.

Qualifications

• AI Builder: Personally built and shipped functional features, experiments, prototypes, or tools using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Data-Driven: Experienced in leveraging data, defining metrics, running A/B tests, and conducting user research to shape product decisions.
• Independent Explorer: Actively experiments with new AI tools and techniques proactively.
• Autonomous & Ambiguity-Comfortable: Thrives in fast-paced environments without complete briefs, taking full ownership of outcomes.
• Clear Communicator: Fluent in English with strong cross-functional collaboration and constructive communication skills.
• User Experience Focused: Cares deeply about building intuitive, useful, and engaging products.
• Category Comfort: Fully comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.

Bonus Points

• Design fluency sufficient to prompt a usable UI independently.
• Experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up.
• Background in consumer-facing features, Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media industries.
