We are looking for a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of our compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms.

Your Role

You will turn safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements. Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help us identify risks earlier, build safeguards into new features, and continuously improve how our safety systems perform.

Our platform serves adults and permits lawful adult content. We are looking for someone who can navigate sensitive, context-dependent issues thoughtfully, protecting users and enforcing clear boundaries without unnecessarily restricting legitimate expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery: Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into clear product requirements and engineering work.
• Internally developed moderation technologies: Own product improvements to in-house moderation systems, including our proprietary LLM technology EverGuard.
• Third-party safety partnerships: Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety integrations and vendors.
• Safety dashboards & QA: Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and ensure T&S measures work as intended.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing: Own testing for how moderation systems and product safeguards respond to deliberate misuse and edge cases.
• Trust and safety reviews: Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes to existing models and integrations.
• Incident follow-through: Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety issues.

Qualifications

• Data-driven product decisions: Experience running experiments, analyzing data, and aligning product work with legal and ethical standards.
• Content moderation & AI guardrails: Understanding of efficient and scalable content moderation via automation, ML, human review, and user reporting.
• Legal/safety work experience: Background working closely with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products.
• Collaborative mindset: Cross-functional teamwork with engineering, legal, operations, and customer support.
• AI fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools and techniques.
• Comfort with ambiguity: Able to take ownership and move fast without waiting for a complete brief.
• Product category comfort: Fully comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content, including NSFW material.
