Your Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI companionship. You will work across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging areas, collaborating closely with product management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale.
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration and marketing surfaces.
• Contribute original product ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape new interaction patterns.
• Use modern design, prototyping, and AI image/video generation tools to accelerate exploration and execution.
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate effectively across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products.
• Excellent product thinking, interaction design, and high visual judgment.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools and prototyping methods.
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership.
• Succinct, high-trust communication and a speed-first operator mindset.
• Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on AI-native, conversational, social, or interactive products.
• Experience designing monetization or subscription products.
• Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience.
