Role Overview

This PM role is built differently: you won't just sit between specs and handoffs. You will steer a developer squad end-to-end: investigating opportunities, analyzing user behavior, prototyping solutions with AI, contributing code, launching experiments, and improving what reaches production.

You'll work directly with Pierre Gerbaud (Product Lead) and Michael Monin (Co-founder & CTO) on a product used by over 50 million people, moving fast toward 100 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Work End-to-End: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution (AI-assisted coding, opening pull requests, working with internal tools), launch it, measure it, and iterate with as few handoffs as possible.
• Build with AI Every Day: Integrate AI tools naturally into your workflow for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging.
• Rapid Experimentation: Identify high-impact opportunities when faced with competing ideas and design small, meaningful experiments to test assumptions quickly.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics before building, analyze post-launch outcomes, and iterate or pivot based on clear evidence.
• Squad Collaboration: Embed directly within a software engineering squad, partnering with leads, founders, designers, and engineers to deliver core priority projects.
• Maintain High Velocity: Proactively surface blockers, challenge assumptions directly, and find alternative paths forward to keep momentum high.

Qualifications

• Hands-On AI Builder: You have personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, or tool using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.).
• Data-Informed PM: Track record of defining key performance metrics and moving them through A/B testing, product experiments, or data deep dives.
• Continuous AI Exploration: Independent drive to test and integrate new AI tools and workflows into your day-to-day role.
• High Ownership & Speed: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity through building, testing, and learning.
• Direct & Clear Communication: Fully fluent in English with strong skills in collaborative problem solving and constructive feedback.
• User Experience Focus: Strong product sense with an eye for quality, usability, and engagement.
• Category Comfort: Fully comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content.

Bonus Points

• Basic UI/UX design fluency to prompt usable interfaces independently.
• Experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up.
• Prior experience building consumer-facing features or working in Entertainment, Gaming, or interactive media.
