Your Role

Most Product Manager roles are built around specs and handoffs, waiting on mockups, sprint slots, or data reports. This role is built differently: we're hiring a PM who does more than decide what should be built.

You'll steer a developer squad end-to-end: investigating opportunities, analyzing user behavior, prototyping solutions with AI, contributing code, launching experiments, and improving what reaches production.

You'll work directly with our Product Lead and Co-founder & CTO on a product already used by more than 50 million people, growing toward 100 million users.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the work end-to-end: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution (AI-assisted coding, opening pull requests, working with internal tools), launch it, measure it, and iterate with as few handoffs as possible.
• Build with AI every day: Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as a genuine part of how you think and work.
• Decide what's worth pursuing: Identify priority opportunities when multiple directions look plausible and design the smallest meaningful experiment to test assumptions.
• Data-driven iteration: Define success before building, analyze experiment outcomes once live, and let results determine next steps.
• Embedded engineering collaboration: Partner directly with Leads, Co-founders, designers, and engineers to define and deliver priority projects.
• Maintain momentum: Surface blockers immediately, challenge assumptions directly, and find alternative routes when primary paths are blocked.

Your Qualifications

• Build with AI: You've personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar).
• Data-driven decision making: You can name the metrics you want to influence, explain why they matter, and track moving them via A/B tests, experiments, or user research.
• Independent exploration: You actively seek out and experiment with new AI tools and techniques independently.
• Ownership mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity through action rather than waiting for complete briefs.
• Direct communication: Fluent in English with strong skills in direct collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• UX focus: High standard for user experience, ensuring products are useful, intuitive, and engaging.
• Comfort with category: Fully comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.

Bonus Points

• Design fluency to prompt usable UI independently.
• Experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up.
• Experience building consumer-facing features.
• Background in Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media.
