We are a hardworking team of ~100 people led by seasoned entrepreneurs with a strong track record of building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

Your Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the future of AI companionship. You will work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas.

Responsibilities

• Product Design: Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery. Translate complex challenges into intuitive experiences, balance speed and craft, and design for engagement, retention, and monetization at scale.
• Product Thinking & Innovation: Contribute original product ideas, identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief, and help shape new features through proactive exploration and experimentation.
• Technical & Workflow Fluency: Operate confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling. Use AI image and video generation tools as part of the design process and operate close to engineering constraints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate design reasoning clearly, defend ideas thoughtfully, push back when needed, and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking, interaction design, and high visual craft
• Strong prototyping skills (design tools vs. code-based prototypes)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High agency, independence, ownership, and comfort with ambiguous environments
• Succinct, high-trust communicator and speed-first operator
• Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
