About Fleetio
Fleetio is a modern software platform helping thousands of organizations worldwide manage their fleet operations. Following a $450M Series D funding round in March 2025, we are on an exciting growth trajectory. We are a proud founding member of the Rails Foundation.
The Role
Fleetio is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to own the tools and processes that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate GTM data across our revenue systems. While this is not a dedicated Salesforce Admin role, Salesforce is a critical part of our ecosystem. You will own systems like Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and scalable automation.
Your Impact
- Systems Ownership: Own and optimize GTM systems (Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Slack) and future data platforms.
- Data Strategy: Manage enrichment workflows (firmographic, demographic, buying committee) and deduplication processes.
- Routing & Automation: Manage lead, contact, account, and opportunity routing logic in LeanData and build GTM alerting workflows.
- Salesforce Collaboration: Partner with the Salesforce team to define data mapping, governance, and integration maintenance.
- Documentation: Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and field mapping documentation.
- Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships, including support escalation, roadmap awareness, and usage insights.
Your Experience
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce-connected GTM systems; strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and reporting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of GTM data architecture (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, lifecycle stages).
- Strong documentation habits and stakeholder communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Incentive stock options and 401(k) match of 4%.
- 4 weeks PTO (increasing at year two) + 14 company/floating holidays.
- Generous parental leave policy.
- Wellbeing fund ($150/quarter) and business expense stipend ($125/quarter).
- Professional development funds and community service funds.
- Mac laptop and new hire equipment stipend.
