The Role

As a Process Quality Analyst, you will join our Delivery Team to ensure that our process analysis, data mining, and process mapping outputs are accurate, client-aligned, and actionable. You will act as a bridge between project stakeholders and our delivery analysts to mitigate risks and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Coaching: Lead touchpoints with project teams to resolve data and structural questions.
• Quality Control: Evaluate analyst deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and project standards.
• Defect Remediation: Diagnose root causes of quality issues and collaborate with analysts to correct errors.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide concise weekly updates on project progress and emerging risks.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal tools and workflows, collaborating cross-functionally to develop solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain process guides, handbooks, and training materials.
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate best-practice sessions to promote consistent quality standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, Process Consultant, or Management Consultant.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related domains.
• Mapping Proficiency: Experience with MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Bizagi Modeler.
• Quality Assurance: Proven experience reviewing work through peer reviews or quality audits.
• Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach analysts, run training sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Project Management: Ability to track milestones and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

• Experience with SQL or BI tools.
• Hands-on automation experience (RPA or workflow tools).
• Experience managing version-controlled SOPs.
