Senior Salesforce Administrator - Fleetio

About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will own the day-to-day health, configuration, and evolution of Fleetio's Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on build role for someone who takes pride in a well-governed org, clean automation, and safe deployment practices. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable, declarative solutions.

Your Impact

• Solution Design: Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Configuration: Build and maintain Salesforce configuration, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects/fields, Lightning pages, and dynamic forms.
• User Management: Support all aspects of user and license management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Data Integrity: Improve data quality through duplicate/validation rules, automation, and regular audits.
• Integration Management: Administer connected GTM applications (Workato, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, ZoomInfo) and troubleshoot integration health.
• Platform Maintenance: Run proactive maintenance, including release readiness, security audits, and technical debt cleanup.
• Governance: Contribute to the platform roadmap, size requests, and ensure solutions are documented and supportable.
• Adoption: Drive user adoption through training, enablement materials, and clear communication.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with significant time in Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder strongly preferred.
• Deep declarative expertise; Flow is your primary tool.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (OWD, profiles, permission sets).
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader) and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, connected apps, and IPaaS tools like Workato.
• Experience with release management and DevOps practices (e.g., Gearset) in multi-sandbox environments.
• Ability to read Apex and understand triggers is a plus.
