- Own and improve leadership cadences across the Office of the CFO, including staff meetings, planning rhythms, and operating mechanisms.
- Champion accountability across the Executive Business Administration team while coordinating closely with the Office of the CRO.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting content with adequate lead time for thoughtful executive review.
- Track follow-ups, action items, and commitments across the CFO's direct reports and functional peers.
- Build trusted working relationships across leaders, direct reports, and key individual contributors.
- Partner with People Operations, IT, recruiting, and EBPs to manage logistics, interview scheduling, onboarding, and coverage.
- Plan and execute team meetings, onsites, and events, including agenda development, pre-meeting prep, note-taking, action tracking, and budget support using AI tools where applicable.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, security, visas, and documentation.
- Process expense reports and manage reimbursements accurately and promptly.

- Willingness and ability to provide regular in-person support in San Francisco, CA.
- Comfort working in a lean, highly empowered organizational structure.
