About GiveCampus

GiveCampus is the world's leading fundraising platform for non-profit educational institutions. Trusted by millions of donors and 1,300+ colleges, universities, and K-12 schools, our mission is to help advance the quality, the affordability, and the accessibility of education. At our current pace, we will facilitate $100 billion in charitable giving over the next decade–enough money to send more than 1 million students to college, tuition-free.

GiveCampus is backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, and we’re practitioners of Sustainable Growth: we’ve made the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies each of the last five years and have been profitable nine of the last 10. In 2025, we celebrated a $140 million growth investment.

Our purpose-driven team of 130+ is located in 30+ states across the US: team members work from anywhere they choose. We have an office in Washington, DC that is available for people to use whenever they want, and we regularly organize team meet-ups, visit partner institutions, and host retreats.

Location: This is a remote-first role based in the U.S. While we embrace flexible, distributed work, we also value in-person connection. Team members are expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year.

The Role

GC Events is our answer to the question "Can I run my homecoming, reunion, gala, or auction on GiveCampus, too?" The product is revenue-generating, well on its way to product-market fit, and serving a real, repeat need across our 1,500+ Partner schools. It's also one of the biggest growth levers in front of us.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own GC Events end-to-end—not just the roadmap, but the commercial outcome. You'll drive everything required to move the number on the product side: strategy, discovery, execution, shipping quality and velocity, launch readiness, adoption, operations, and third-party vendor integrations. The goal is making GC Events the undisputed first choice for schools looking for best-in-class software to power event registration, ticketing, and auctions, and delivering 10x revenue growth by the end of 2027.

You'll work in lockstep with a dedicated GTM Lead who co-owns the commercial outcome, reporting to the Head of Product and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams.

Successful Outcomes

  • Commercial results, co-owned: You and your GTM Lead co-own the GC Events commercial KR. You are accountable for the product half of the equation and whatever else it takes across functions, vendors, and external partners to move the number.
  • Insanely close to users: You know GC Events and our Partners better than anyone. You communicate directly with fundraisers running events, show up in person to watch them run registration at homecoming, and develop deep user insights that drive roadmap decisions.
  • Builder mindset: You make things with AI across your full workflow: synthesizing user interviews, interrogating data, drafting specs, prototyping flows, and generating experiments. You use modern AI tools to ship small fixes, experiments, and companion apps yourself.
  • Strategy, prioritization, and AI in the product: You develop and continuously refine a GC Events roadmap that delivers core outcomes and differentiates the product. You determine where AI earns a spot in core flows, how human-in-the-loop should work, and what experiences become possible.
  • Set the pace: You maintain a high sense of urgency and make fast decisions. You see the full landscape, judge what matters most right now, and set a fast tone for everyone around you.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience: Proven track record independently managing complex, technical products from 0-to-1 and through meaningful scale in a high-growth environment, tied to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Discovery, data, and prioritization: Experience concepting, prototyping, testing, and validating ideas with users. Strong quantitative skills to conduct your own analyses without waiting on others.
  • AI-native operator: Deep integration of AI across your PM workflow (research synthesis, drafting, analysis, prototyping). Familiarity using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or Figma Make to prototype and ship solutions.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable holding your own in discussions on software architecture, security, data modeling, and integrations.
  • Execution and cross-functional leadership: Experience leading the full sprint execution loop, managing roadmaps, and partnering closely with GTM, sales, and customer success teams.

Cultural Characteristics

  • Dynamic leader who listens deeply and communicates clearly
  • Thrives in ambiguity, creates order, and thinks several steps ahead
  • Hands-on builder excited to dive into technical requirements and user flows
  • Operates AI-first by default across daily workflows
  • Strong collaborator with high ownership, low ego, and low drama
  • Comfortable with strong opinions, loosely held
  • Passionate about advancing the quality, affordability, and accessibility of education
