What We Do
At GoGuardian, we’re helping build a future where all learners are ready and inspired to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Our award-winning system of learning solutions is purpose-built for K-12 and trusted by school leaders to promote effective teaching and equitable engagement while helping empower educators to keep students safe.
What It’s Like to Work at GoGuardian
We are an outcomes-focused learning company with a steadfast focus on improving learning environments, one classroom at a time. Working with us means joining a remote team of diverse, committed, mission-driven employees who are inspired by our vision, dedicated to our customers, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Guardians put their heads together to solve problems, learn together from experiments that fail, and stand together by their work with full accountability. We balance our diligence with an inclusive culture that invites everyone to bring their whole self to work.
The Role
We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment. You’ll own a handful of programs yourself and support several others depending on business priorities.
Your largest area of ownership will be onboarding and ramp: managing how new sellers and sales leaders get up to speed—including curriculum, milestones, certification, and field readiness calls. You will also build onboarding paths for sales leaders, assist with product enablement, manage enablement intake, and maintain our systems and content structure.
What You’ll Do
- Run sales onboarding end-to-end (curriculum, milestones, certification, and manager check-ins) and drive rep productivity and time-to-first-deal metrics.
- Lead onboarding cohorts, conduct 30/60/90 check-ins, facilitate live sessions, and partner with the Senior Sales Coach to support new hires through discovery, demos, and pitches.
- Build and manage onboarding paths for new and internally promoted sales leaders.
- Partner with the Senior Enablement Partner on product launches, competitive positioning, demo certifications, and launch follow-ups.
- Manage the enablement intake process to triage, prioritize, and respond to requests from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Own enablement systems, taxonomy, content tagging, usage reporting, and content lifecycle management.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline processes such as updating certification rubrics and automating reports.
- Deliver monthly reporting on enablement metrics, including ramp time, pass rates, and content utilization.
- Serve as cross-trained backup on core programs and systems across the enablement function.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, or adjacent experience in sales or customer success.
- K-12 or EdTech experience, with a clear understanding of the district buyer.
- Strong facilitator on video calls and clear writer capable of translating product technical details into actionable field rep tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting, summarization, and task automation.
- Skilled in intake prioritization and capable of saying "not this quarter" when necessary.
- Systems-oriented with a focus on clean taxonomy, accurate dashboards, and updated content.
- Collaborative and low-ego, willing to support team goals as either owner or backup.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms (Highspot preferred), Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Clari, Gong) is a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary ($75,000 - $85,000/yr), complete health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and an employee equity plan.
- Flexible time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, wellness days, and a paid year-end holiday break.
- Remote work support including work-from-home funds, fertility & adoption reimbursement, and professional development resources.
