Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, the fully managed observability platform trusted by more than 10,000 organizations to ensure reliability, resolve incidents faster, and optimize telemetry at scale. Built on open source and open standards and designed for interoperability across any stack, Grafana Cloud brings AI to observability and observability to AI.
We are a 100% remote company with team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organization of more than 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents. You will work within a 100% remote R&D organization, so strong, proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship-building skills will be essential to your success.
As Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph, you'll design experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud that powers our entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench. Knowledge Graph automatically discovers services, infrastructure, and databases from existing telemetry, maps dependencies, and runs anomaly detection to give engineers and SREs an up-to-date picture of their systems.
Over time, you will develop deep expertise in your product area and associated personas, use cases, and workflows to design tailored, role-driven experiences. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Product Design team by coaching and mentoring other designers.
