The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own our narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing, competitive market. You will report to the VP of Marketing and lead our product marketing function, including managing our Lead Product Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Define and execute quarterly and long-term product marketing strategies based on market trends and competitive intelligence.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Turn market research into a strategic point of view that influences product-led growth and sales expansion.
  • Launch Management: Lead end-to-end strategy for major product launches and seasonal release events.
  • External Advocacy: Represent Help Scout externally via guest posts, podcasts, and social channels to build our reputation as a category leader.

About You

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS or AI platform product marketing.
  • Expert in core PMM disciplines: positioning, messaging, ICP, sales enablement, and launches.

  • Daily user of AI tools to improve output, speed, and quality.
  • Exceptional storyteller with the ability to communicate effectively in a remote, async environment.
