Jane is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company with a remote-first team working across Canada, the US, and the UK, united by our mission to help the helpers. We build products and tools that thousands of clinics rely on every day to run their businesses, care for their patients, and grow their communities.

We are forming a new Activation team to tackle a complex and highly impactful challenge. As a Staff Growth Designer, you will shape how clinics discover Jane, sign up, and reach real value fast, ensuring they feel confident that Jane was the right choice from day one.

What Impact You'll Make

• Advocate for our helpers by grounding decisions in thoughtful user research and real behavioral data.
• Elevate the quality of the customer experience from sign-up through their first 90 days.
• Reduce friction and drop-off in the earliest moments, improving activation and retention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design a cohesive, forward-thinking activation experience.
• Own and move a set of activation metrics, designing with a data-driven mindset.
• Step into leadership moments by aligning stakeholders, running experiments, and using storytelling to bring teams along.

What Experience We Need

• 8+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similarly complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing for growth, including activation, onboarding, and conversion funnels.
• Experience designing and running experiments, reading data, and turning insights into confident design decisions.
• Fluency with modern design tools and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data partners.
• A genuine curiosity for AI and a habit of putting it to work in your day-to-day work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $144,000 to $225,000 USD (Accomplished stage typically starts at $180,000).
