About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the JumpCloud CTO & Co-Founder, Greg Keller, you’ll work with the Engineering, Security and Product teams to align, action, guide, and measure key initiatives. Greg also owns or is very active in significant customer-facing and strategic partnership activities and is the primary leader for our M&A initiatives. You will play a vital role in assisting in these activities.

You will bridge strategy and execution: aligning cross-functional technical teams, driving operational cadence, managing critical board and investor deliverables, and running key strategic initiatives across Greg’s portfolio.

In this role, your work will have a clear impact on the success and growth of JumpCloud as we continue our trajectory towards iconic security technology brand status. You will engage directly with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders (including customers), acting as a representative of our CTO.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage specific programs within our corporate objectives, tracking key metric reporting, insights, and cross-functional initiatives requiring CEO and Board Member level visibility.
• Drive the collection and reporting of key objectives, fostering alignment and transparency.
• Lead our corporate communication cadence of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual highlights (curating content, creating drafts, and ensuring consistency).
• Drive cross-functional preparation for senior leadership meetings, managing agendas and materials.
• Establish and manage a regular cadence for the CTO to conduct customer and partner calls, capturing and following up on action items.
• Oversee M&A operations, driving organization, communication, and program flow related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Facilitate ongoing CTO outreach via roundtables and skip-level 1:1s, capturing employee sentiments and following up on action items.
• Liaise with program management across the organization on cross-functional objectives.

• Executive-level presentation creation and delivery skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing diligent follow-ups and communication at the most senior levels, both internally and externally.
• A track record of coordinating multi-departmental efforts that achieve meaningful business outcomes.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Proactive approach to spotting potential issues and solving problems.
• Experience thriving in the pace and culture of a fast-moving, rapidly growing SaaS business.
• Located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
