Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year-over-year — and we are looking for an HR Business Partner — someone who will help us scale even faster.

About the Role

You will become an HR partner for managers at all levels — from frontline to C-level — helping them manage teams through business logic, Performance Management, and data. Your area of responsibility will cover developing managerial maturity, Performance & Talent Review, calibration, and complex people decisions. This is an opportunity to gain full ownership of key HR processes and directly influence team effectiveness and the company's business results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be an HR partner for managers at various levels and help them make people decisions in line with team business goals.
  • Drive the full cycle of Performance & Talent Review based on 12 Boxes.
  • Integrate Performance Review results into promotion, compensation, IDP, and PIP decisions.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and ensure consistency in evaluation across different units.
  • Form team Talent Maps, identify Hi-Po, attrition risks, succession gaps, and development needs.
  • Develop managerial maturity through coaching, handling complex cases, and improving feedback quality.
  • Assist managers with headcount planning, budgets, cost efficiency, and justifying HC requests via ROI.
  • Track key team health metrics, formulate recommendations, and escalate systemic risks.
  • Implement AI solutions for feedback analysis, anomaly and risk detection, and automation of Talent processes.

What We Expect From You

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role in a product or technology business.
  • Practical experience partnering with managers at all levels — from frontline to C-level.
  • Experience conducting a full cycle of Performance Review.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Performance-Potential matrices, specifically 9-box or 12-box.
  • Experience participating in headcount planning, HR budgeting, and making decisions with business metrics in mind.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform data into concrete business recommendations.
  • Skills in coaching managers, facilitating calibration sessions, and conducting difficult conversations.
  • Understanding of P&L, cost efficiency, Revenue per FTE, and the connection between people decisions and business results.
  • Autonomy and readiness to take full ownership of your area.

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience implementing AI tools or automations in Performance and Talent processes.
  • Practical experience creating Talent Maps, HR dashboards, or early risk detection systems.
  • Experience working with teams or functions totaling 120+ employees.

What You Will Get in This Role

  • Opportunity to directly influence the quality of management and team effectiveness.
  • Full ownership of Performance & Talent Review at the company level.
  • Work with managers at all levels — from frontline to C-level.
  • Scope to create systemic talent management as an AI-based product.
  • An environment where HR decisions are linked to P&L, budgets, and real business results.
