The Role

If you are interested in being part of the team process, helping the company and products operate efficiently and safely, and influencing internal and product processes — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Governance: Registration and corporate support of legal entities, coordination of corporate changes.
• Policies: Creation and updating of corporate and holding policies.
• Contract Work: Preparation and support of agreements with vendors, suppliers, charitable organizations, and other counterparties.
• Banking & Structuring: Legal support for opening bank accounts and structuring corporate relations between companies.
• Legal Research: Conducting legal research to substantiate decisions and minimize legal risks.
• Compliance: Interaction with the compliance department, participation in KYC processes and product audits (landing pages, App Store, Google Play).
• Data Privacy: Analysis, creation, and updating of privacy policies, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA requirements.
• Intellectual Property: Trademark registration, intellectual property rights protection, content and code rights clearance.
• Risk Management: Identification and analysis of legal risks for products, preparing recommendations for minimization during the development stage.

What We Expect From You

• Corporate Law: Registration, support, and restructuring of legal entities.
• Legal Research: Strong legal research and analysis skills for business decision-making.
• Data Privacy: Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy policies.
• Contracts: Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Language: Legal English at B2+ level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing corporate documents and internal policies.
• Experience opening bank accounts.
• Compliance (KYC, product audits, internal policies) and product risk management during development and launch.
• Intellectual Property (TM registration, IP protection, content, code).
