Engineering Operations serves as the operational engine of the Consumer group. We build the automations, tracking, and metrics that keep teams aligned and informed, allowing engineers to focus on building. Our goal is to reduce manual work, improve visibility into engineering activity, and transform repeatable processes into reliable software. We collaborate closely with engineers, engineering managers, and teams across the business to identify friction and convert feedback and operational data into scalable solutions.
