
Role Overview
The Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Mortgage LOS, POS, and core banking system integration implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers from project kick-off through testing, go-live, and transition to support.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage project planning, resource assignments, and timelines using tools like Smartsheet.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining professional communication regarding status, risks, and next steps.
- Execution: Drive accountability among customers and internal resources to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and communicate project risks, issues, and scope-related concerns to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Coordinate activities with Implementation Analysts (IAs) and cross-functional teams.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates, portfolio health reports, and escalation reporting to Services Program Management.
- Process Improvement: Maintain internal documentation and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex implementation projects concurrently.
- Strong ability to manage customer expectations and facilitate change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project documentation and status reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise software deployments.
- Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (Smartsheet preferred).
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry, mortgage origination software, or fintech solutions.
- Experience incorporating AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) into operational workflows.
