Operations Coordinator, Collections, Bilingual (Spanish-English) - Mission Lane

About the Role

Mission Lane is seeking Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team. You will engage in direct, honest conversations with customers to help them get their accounts back on track fairly and respectfully.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments to understand their circumstances and negotiate payment plans.
• Navigate pushback and objections with patience and persistence.
• Follow established scripts, tools, and account guidelines to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of every call and outcome.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Actively participate in our virtual, video-based team space (Collaboration Room AI) throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work a remote schedule while maintaining an active presence in Collaboration Room AI (camera on outside of breaks).
• Fast, reliable internet (min 80 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload) and a private, quiet workspace.

Schedule

Shifts are Monday–Friday, with options including 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, or 12:30 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time.
