About the Role

This includes programmatic and self-service control over eligibility, identity, and feature packaging while ensuring members quickly and reliably reach the care they are entitled to. The team owns the engineering behind eligibility processing, identity and access, the client configuration platform, and support of our reporting platform.

- Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for engineering on roadmap commitments.
- Maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and integration tests.
- Lead cross-team engineering forums and mentor other engineers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, driving investigation, remediation, and process improvements.
