About The Role

Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies ready to rethink how they work.

What You'll Achieve

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings are "ready to build" by validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit.
• Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context.
• Leverage GTM tooling and intent data to prioritize accounts and increase outbound quality.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• Business fluency in English.
• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation and cold prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persona-specific outreach.
• Sharp qualification instincts to assess ICP fit and identify urgency.
• Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models.
• High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on data.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling.
• Familiarity with Notion as a product or experience selling productivity/collaboration software.
• Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment.
