What You'll Achieve

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage new logos, expansions, and renewals as the single account owner for your book of business.
• Workflow Design: Run discovery, design current-to-future-state architecture, and co-build solutions live with customers.
• Outbound Strategy: Partner with BDRs on target account planning and execute direct outreach to priority stakeholders.
• Deal Management: Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Implementation & Adoption: Guide customers through early implementation and partner with Outcomes Architects to drive long-term expansion.

Skills You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency: Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot software live in front of customers.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows to commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder interactions (procurement, legal, security).
• Ability to operate with agency and urgency to solve complex problems.
• Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency.
• A passion for AI and a curiosity for tinkering with new tools.

Nice to Haves

• Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity or workflow software.
• Experience in a shared account ownership model with post-sale or CS teams.
