About The Role

As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn AI ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.

What You'll Achieve

• Drive Adoption: Ensure customers know how to deliver outcomes with Notion.
• Revenue Impact: Contribute directly to NRR with predictable renewal and expansion pipelines.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and renewal planning.
• Success Planning: Define mutual success plans and demonstrate ROI to executive-level stakeholders.
• Consultation: Facilitate use-case consultations and identify new workflow opportunities.
• Technical Guidance: Help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.

Skills You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience in customer adoption, value realization, or renewals within B2B software.
• Strong discovery instincts; ability to map workflows and translate goals into implementation plans.
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces.
• Commercial awareness regarding renewal risk and expansion potential.
• Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
• Obsession with AI and building with the newest tools.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
• Background in managing flat or at-risk renewal accounts.
• Experience designing repeatable customer programs and playbooks.

Compensation

Notion provides competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated total on-target earnings range is $180,000–$240,000, depending on experience and location.
