Manager, Enterprise Outcome Architects - Notion

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager, Enterprise Outcome Architects to join our GTM team. You will lead a new function that combines RM, CSM, and SE capabilities to drive workflow adoption, retention, and expansion revenue within our Enterprise segment.

What You'll Achieve

• Team Performance: Lead the team to boost product adoption, retention, and customer value through effective churn prevention and renewal strategies.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that embodies Notion’s core values.
• Operational Excellence: Build and refine a consistent KPI/OKR system to identify risks, trends, and opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solutions consulting and forward-deployed engineers to refine the customer journey and channel feedback into product development.
• AI Workflow Adoption: Drive new AI-powered workflows and build alongside customers to ensure successful implementation.
• Customer Leadership: Serve as a key escalation point and leader for high-stakes customer engagements, including business reviews.

Skills You'll Need

• 5+ years of people management experience in CS, sales, SE, or account management.
• Proven experience with large, strategic Fortune 500 customers.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders and driving AI adoption.
• Ability to convey complex information to executives clearly and resolve tradeoffs.
• High ownership mentality with a growth mindset.
• Comfort with the ambiguity and rapid pace of an early-stage startup environment.

• Experience using Notion.
• Experience building CS playbooks or processes.
• Proficiency with Gainsight.
• Experience hiring and training talent at scale.
