
About the Role
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn AI ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.
What You'll Achieve
- Drive Adoption: Ensure customers know how to deliver outcomes with Notion.
- Revenue Impact: Contribute directly to NRR with predictable renewal and expansion pipelines.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and commercial opportunities.
- Success Planning: Define and maintain mutual success plans that demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Consultation: Facilitate use-case consultations and identify new workflow opportunities.
- Services Collaboration: Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex technical implementations.
- Product Expertise: Master Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem to guide customers.
Skills You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience in customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within B2B software.
- Strong discovery instincts: ability to map workflows and translate goals into implementation plans.
- Technical fluency: capable of co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces.
- Commercial awareness: ability to manage renewal risk and expansion potential.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
- Agency, urgency, and customer empathy.
- Passion for AI and building with new tools.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
- Experience managing at-risk or complex renewal accounts.
- Experience designing repeatable customer programs or playbooks.
Work Environment
This role is based in San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to facilitate in-person collaboration.
