About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to help us build software that feels timeless—combining the craftsmanship of German cameras, the playfulness of Japanese toys, and the mass appeal of Coca-Cola.

Note: This role is based in our San Francisco or New York offices. We operate on a hybrid schedule, with mandatory in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What You'll Achieve

• Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
• Craft every detail of new features, from initial idea to pixel-perfect execution.
• Run projects end-to-end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Success teams to understand user needs and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing to tell compelling stories across the user lifecycle.
• Create intuitive, practical patterns and evolve our design system as we scale.

Skills You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience running projects independently.
• Ability to untangle vague conceptual problems and advocate for accessible mental models.
• Strong intuition for creating clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
• A balance of design craft with business practicality; you understand the bottom line.
• Strong beliefs, loosely held; you are a collaborative listener who thrives on cross-functional feedback.
• Proficiency in storytelling through both words and visuals.
• Experience working with project management, engineering, research, and data teams.

Nice to Haves

• Experience building tools with small teams.
• A desire to fix the pain of fragmented tools and information silos.
• Familiarity with computing pioneers like Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and Bret Victor.
• Ability to code.
