- Model & Systems Engineering: Improving model integration, latency, cost, and infrastructure.
- Evaluation & Quality: Creating frameworks and human-in-the-loop testing to improve model performance.
What You’ll Achieve
- Partner with your team to prototype and ship AI-powered product improvements.
- Own scoped productionization projects, including monitoring and guardrails.
- Contribute to evaluation sets, run experiments, and translate data into system changes.
Skills You'll Need
- Less than two years of professional engineering experience.
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience building and prototyping (coursework, projects, internships, or hackathons).
- Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres or MySQL) and full-stack concepts.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and decompose complex problems into clean solutions.
- A pragmatic, impact-driven approach to technology.
